Summer Sales Internship: As a Summer Sales Intern, you will gain valuable, real-world sales experience as you learn more about dealership operations and various sales techniques including lead generation, gathering competitive intelligence and the implementation of market strategies and programs. During the summer you will spend three separate weeks traveling nationwide, completing job shadows with Reynolds Sales Representatives. When you are not traveling with a Field Sales Representative, you will be working as a part of our inside sales team in Dayton, OH where your manager will assign you specific sales goals. Paid housing will be provided for out of town students.
Entry Level Software Sales Trainee - Hiring Nationwide: Our 12 month training program is comprised of both field based and classroom style training. Every month you will travel to Dayton for 1-2 weeks of courses covering a variety of topics, including dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. When you are not in Dayton, you will be working with your assigned Sales Mentor in the field, observing the sales process and assisting them on their calls. Once you complete the training program, you will be assigned a territory and become a Reynolds Sales Professional. In this role you will be responsible for achieving designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds software products and services to new and existing customers. As a Sales Professional (and Trainee) you will have a home office and will be provided a company car, laptop, iPhone, and other office equipment.
