  • Bachelor Degree Required - New Graduate 2015.
  • Prior sales and/or customer service experience a plus; including prior retail sales experience, counter sales or cashier and cash operations experience.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and Internet proficiency
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – bilingual a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships, listens, negotiate and manage time.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate a plus.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

You will work as a Counter Sales Associate at one of our Parts Plus locations in the District
Our grad (GSA) participants are given on-the-job experience to complement classroom instruction by working in actual Lennox Parts Plus stores. This provides hands on experience dealing directly with Lennox customers as well as being involved with store operations (i.e. store displays, stocking shelves, maintaining orderly inventory, helping to load and unload trucks). The on-the-job portion of our training includes; giving exceptional customer service, researching and resolving customer issues, and working with customers to follow up on orders.

You may also work as an Inside Sales Representative with the District Sales Team

This includes:

  • Generating leads for outside sales team in the district.
  • Proactively selling in support of company promotions.
  • Responding to and investigating customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone or email and working directly with dealers during marketing campaigns.
  • Under direct supervision, selling products, services, supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts.
  • Closing sales on assigned products.
  • Helping to generate leads for outside sales team.
  • Collaborating with and supporting our field sales team, including limited field activity.
